At LetterClick confidentiality, privacy and security of your data and correspondence items are cornerstones of our service. Your right to privacy, security of your data and your productive use of the LetterClick services are our primary concerns. For that reason, we want you are aware of how any information you submit will be used.

BrandMail Email Privacy and Security
The information you provide for your BrandMail templates and related email transmissions belongs to you alone and is wholly confidential. Your account information, signatures, logoes, stationery information are your property. We will not use this information for any purpose except to complete your BrandMail transmissions and to service your account.

BrandMail is formatted and emailed, without human intervention or viewing. We utilize equal or higher security standards that are applied to any email text that you would send outside your company by other Internet means. We keep no copies of any BrandMail email that is successfully transmitted. Our servers are protected behind industry standard firewalls, and any email you send is typically present on our servers for only a second or two.

BrandMail servers capture and retain logs of your connections and deliveries, and save undelivered emails temporarily as an standard email server does. This information is strictly for resolving delivery problems and inquiries you may make, and is erased within 60 days. We are happy to provide additional security measures as required by our corporate accounts.

Contact Information
When you register for service on LetterClick, we require that you submit certain contact information (e.g., name, email address, mailing addresses). This information is used only to contact you about an order, create your personal letterhead and print your return address on your correspondence, and to manage accounts.

We never sell or share your contact information with a third party wihtout your prior permission. We will disclose specific contact or demographic information only in special cases, such as (i) to comply with valid legal requirements, such as laws, regulations, search warrants, subpoenas or court orders, including investigations by the U.S. Postal Service; or (ii) when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who, intentionally or unintentionally, may be causing injury or harm to LetterClick users or other persons or violating the Terms.

Sometimes we may use your email or mailing address to contact you about new product offerings, offerings from partners or changes with respect to the Services or the Web Site. If you do not wish to receive such communication from LetterClick, you may opt-out at any time. (See "Opt-Out" Section below.)

Payment Information
In order to receive payment for your for-fee orders, we collect credit card information ("Payment Information"). Once collected, your Payment Information is strongly encrypted and stored on our secure server(s). We use your Payment Information for the sole purpose of processing deposits to your LetterClick account towards payment for services.

Opt-Out
You can opt-out of receiving informational and promotional communications from us or our partners at any time. To not receive future communications, you may let us know through the "Contact Us" section of the Web Site.

Cookies
In order to deliver a customized Web site visitor experience, we use cookies. Cookies are pieces of information that a web site transfers to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. Using cookies allows us to provide you with a more secure and individualized experience on our Web Site, without compromising privacy. For example, cookies are used to enable members to log in to the LetterClick site.

We do not store any personal or confidential information in cookies, and our use of cookies does not mean that we know any personal or confidential information about you that you have not provided.

Links/Advertisements
The Web site and electronic proof copies contain links to other sites and advertisements. LetterClick is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content on these other web sites, including any sites that may indicate a special relationship or partnership with us, or any sites advertised on LetterClick reached by clicking on an ad on the Web Site or in an email. We do not disclose user information to those responsible for advertising linked sites. Advertising linked sites, however, may collect personal information from you if you link to their site, once you have arrived at their site. This collecting of information is not subject to our control. To ensure protection of your privacy, always review the privacy policies of the sites you reach from the LetterClick Web site.

Corporate Accounts
Individuals whose accounts are linked to corporate accounts are advised that the company's administrator and perhaps others whom the administrator may so authorize will be able to view a log of LetterClick Extra Services used that shows business correspondence you send using LetterClick (Does not apply to BrandMail Emails - there are no logs!). In addition, if your company pays for correspondence filing for you, they will also be able to retrieve and view the actual correspondence files, just as you can.

This does not affect your personal correspondence. Your personal correspondence settings, logs and files are completely separate and private and are not accessible by the company or affected by linking to the corporate account, whether or not the company pays for your correspondence filing.

Demographic Information
During the registration process or at later times we may also ask you for certain demographic information (e.g., gender, age, occupation). We use this data to tailor your experience at our site, to show you information about features that we think you might be interested in, and to inform you of upcoming events on our site. In addition, we may share general demographic data with advertisers and business partners solely on an aggregate basis in other words, not in connection with your name or contact information. At no time is your individual information disclosed to such parties.

Final Notes on Privacy
We want to remind you that if you access LetterClick through an email account maintained by your employer, it is possible that your employer may monitor your email communications.
